The Hebrew Calendar app allows you to install a widget for quick access to important Jewish information—right from your home screen!
What the Widget Displays:
📅 Hebrew Date
📖 Torah Portion of the Week
Widget Options by Device:
📱 Android – Supports 4 different widget sizes for customization
📱 iPhone – Supports 3 different widget sizes for customization
How to Add the Widget:
📌 On iPhone (iOS)
1️⃣ Long-press anywhere on the home screen until the icons start to jiggle.
2️⃣ Tap the ”+” button in the top-left corner.
3️⃣ Search for “Hebrew Calendar” in the widget list.
4️⃣ Select the widget size and tap “Add Widget”.
5️⃣ Drag it to your preferred location and tap “Done”.
📌 On Android
1️⃣ Long-press on an empty area of your home screen.
2️⃣ Tap “Widgets” from the menu.
3️⃣ Scroll down and select “Hebrew Calendar”.
4️⃣ Choose your preferred widget size.
5️⃣ Drag and place it on your home screen.
Now you can instantly view the Hebrew date and Torah portion without opening the app!
