Below are solutions to the most common issues reported by our users.
The App Won't Open or Freezes
- Force-close the app completely and reopen it
- Restart your phone
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
Shabbat Times Are Inaccurate
- Make sure location permissions are enabled for the app
- Check that the location selected in settings is correct
- You can set a manual location in the Zmanim settings
Notifications Are Not Arriving
- Make sure app notifications are enabled in your device settings
- Check that Do Not Disturb mode is not blocking notifications
- Go into the app settings and verify notifications are turned on
Internet Connection Issues
- Make sure you have an active internet connection
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Use offline-available content (the Siddur and some content works without internet)
