Below are solutions to the most common issues reported by our users.

The App Won't Open or Freezes

  • Force-close the app completely and reopen it
  • Restart your phone
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed

Shabbat Times Are Inaccurate

  • Make sure location permissions are enabled for the app
  • Check that the location selected in settings is correct
  • You can set a manual location in the Zmanim settings

Notifications Are Not Arriving

  • Make sure app notifications are enabled in your device settings
  • Check that Do Not Disturb mode is not blocking notifications
  • Go into the app settings and verify notifications are turned on

Internet Connection Issues

  • Make sure you have an active internet connection
  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
  • Use offline-available content (the Siddur and some content works without internet)
